La ministre du Numérique rassure – La Nouvelle Tribune

Benin has undergone a major transformation in the telecommunications system with the entrance to the city, November 30, 2024, a new numbering plan for 10 numbers. In a message addressed to the nation, the numeric minister explains the causes and consequences of this evolution, spelling out the government’s digital modernization strategy.
